At zayna, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of beauty and hair care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Ship the item back in its original packaging

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a damaged or defective product, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
